Who We Are
Our History
Concordia Paws was founded in 2015 by a group of retired teachers who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping homeless dogs. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving hundreds of pups each year.
Our Staff
Our Shelter Team is headed by our talented manager, Tammy, who is also a vet tech. She oversees 95 dogs at the facility with the energetic help of hardworking female inmates generously provided by Sheriff David Hedrick and Concordia Parish Sheriff's Office.
